Imagine taking a seat at a long table, where string lights illuminate the Montana sky with a warm glow. Where freshly picked flowers stand tall and bright in vases, surrounded by chilled glasses of local beer.

To the right and left, you’re surrounded by neighbors and strangers who are about to become friends as a custom-made menu is dished out, fresh from the farm and straight to your fork.

Does it sound too good to resist? Then don’t even try!

Mission West Community Development Partners (MWCDP) invites you to join us on Thursday, September 18, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for our annual Farm to Table Dinner at 407 Main Street.

“The farm-to-table dinner supports MWCDP,  which in turn supports our region. We do that by connecting to local food,” said Jan Tusick, MWCDP’s Executive Director. “Not only are we bringing delicious food to the table, but we are using this event to call attention to our agricultural community and to remind folks that buying local is a key way for you to support the future of Western Montana.”

An Agricultural Bounty

This locally sourced feast will feature a multi-course dinner prepared by Ronan's very own Travis White, who is also MMFEC Director of Operations. So good you’ll want to save room for seconds, the meal will consist of the freshest Montana ingredients that sprout from the rich soils of our nearby farms and food producers.

No need to worry about totally missing up your macro count, either. After dining, guests are encouraged to hit the dance floor while enjoying craft beer from Ronan Cooperative Brewery. Up for grabs during the auction and raffle are a variety of unique prizes, all with local flavor.

Savoring the Moment

There’s no better way to celebrate our farming roots, especially since agriculture remains such an important heritage of our rural community.

In fact, your ticket will directly support Mission West’s goal of empowering small businesses, food producers, and entrepreneurs across the region. Every plate we serve will help fund new programs, provide more business resources, and fuel our economic growth to help strengthen supply chains and build a sustainable regional food economy. Now that’s delicious!

Tickets for the farm-to-table dinner are $50, and seating is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot early by visiting https://www.missionwestcdp.org/farm-to-table or by checking in with Jen at the Mission West front office.

If you’re a local business owner interested in sponsoring the event or donating auction items for this annual night-to-remember, please contact Mission West at (406) 676-5901 regarding partnership opportunities.

We hope to see you there!
